Books on home improvements

I am new in real estate and I am searching for as many books and useful sources to help me learn on my journey. I have already read “rich dad poor dad” (which I feel like pretty much everyone has) and I am just finishing up the book on rental property investing. I would like some recommendations for home inspections and home improvements because that is the area I feel I lack in the most at this time but anything would help.
