House Flip in Augusta, GA

I have planned to begin my flip portfolio in Augusta, GA this upcoming fall. I will be a remote investor with a few trusted people to oversee my properties. The area seems ripe with potential and it is obvious that many other investors are also seeing it. A private lender is backing my project and would like to find some houses in the 40-80k range.

I would love to meet any local investors to speak on team building and even buying from any local wholesalers. I’m eager and dedicated to the next steps, just looking for a network to grow within!
