How to invest out of state with 100k

Hello bp,

My question is related to how would you go about building lots of cash flow for the next 5years when you starting out with 100k. I live in San Diego and am selling my home to start buying g more cash flow opportunities out of state. Looking to get as much as I can with the initial 100k then brrrr method those u it’s and repeat and continue until I reach my cash flow goals?

Any advice is appreciated
