Best Exit Strategies

Hello all,

I am new in the real estate invested game, and I have been listening to BP podcast religiously sense getting into it. Having an exit plan or plans is said on the show to be very important. Which obviously makes a ton of sense. I just don’t know what other strategies there is other than if it was a plan to flip a home and it doesn’t sell, then I would try to rent it out. And if I plan to rent a home out, and if I can’t find a tenant then I would sell it. If anyone has any insight on this topic please share!
