Reviving “zombie” houses

Hey everyone,

I’m passionately interested in reviving these “zombie” houses in and around Evansville, Indiana and in my personal strategy, rent them out since they likely have no resale value at this time. I’ve been running numbers for weeks and I have renovation experience, but I can’t do this alone and I’m new to the area. So I’m reaching out here to see if anyone is already doing this and if I can join their team? or if anyone else is interested and wants to build a team with me?
