First time home buyer
I am currently looking to buy a home for myself to live in for two years while remodeling it. (I am a handyman by trade so this shouldn’t be a problem)
My question would be when looking how much work do you guys realistically look for in a flip. Right now I’m looking for houses that might need some new flooring or a bathroom remodel, some drywall. Is it worth doing small touch-ups or do I need to take out walls/ add walls exc. I know this is a lot but any help would be appreciated.
