Contractor/Real Estate Investor
New to the site and to the world of real estate investing; greetings everyone! My brother and I are builders and currently partner in a business. We are interested in real estate investing and are looking at a distressed multi-family. We want to perform the rehab ourselves and wondering the best way to do this with regard to tax implications, paying ourselves, etc...anyone out there have advice for the novice? Many thanks!
