Old river rock foundation in Portland, Oregon
Dealing with an old river rock crumbly foundation in a full cement basement. If you use what home inspectors are saying is useful life then mine are at their end. Somewhere I have heard concrete is good for 99 years although I know some old concrete foundations are better than others.
It was suggested I have it skim coated but not finding any anxious takers for the job.
Looking at selling one that is challenged so financing may be an issue. Anyone involved with an old river rock crumbler and having problems with a new buyer getting a loan?
