Hello everyone,

I’m here because I’ve just been able to save up about 40k and would like to get into real estate. I wanted some tips or advice on how should I begin my journey into real estate. I initially want to flip . The ways things are going right now I can see how that would be pretty hard atleast in my opinion. I’m not closed off on actually finding a property to create cash flow . Some background information on me my credit is really poor seeing as though I’ve made horrible choices in the past I’m working on for the last year but still in the tank. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you.
