Adjusting comps to determine ARV

When adjusting comparable sales to your subject property. How do you know the dollar value you adjust each criteria (bedroom, bath, square footage) by? I have been looking at comps and see in the adjustment that if your subject property has 4 bedrooms and the comps has 3 bedrooms, then you adjust up for the bedroom but I don’t know what is the dollar value I should adjust by.

@Jonathan Greene understood. So basically your data only factors in properties that are exactly alike?
