HUD Properties: Fix and Flip

Hi!

I am a newer investor living in Orange County, CA and my wife and I have been gearing up to buy/hold single family and small multi-family properties out of state. Yesterday I was approached to partner on some Fix and Flip deals for HUD properties throughout Southern California.

Trying to find out as much as I can regarding buying/selling HUD properties but am not seeing too much info in the forums as of recent. My knowledge is very limited on HUD properties and I was wondering what the pros/cons would be for such an endeavor. Any information or resources would be helpful.

Best,

Shane Archer
