$2000 to start real estate investing
If you were to start your real estate business all over again with only $2000 how would you have done it?

I'd save more, because even if you could find something to buy with $0 down or owner financing or something like that. $2k isn't even enough to cover reserves, not to mention you'll probably be out of pocket a bit to cover the escrow fees and your first insurance payment.
