Painting walls with mixed finishes
Looking for advice on how to approach painting walls with mixed finishes. Peeled two layers of wall paper which revealed some drywall, some peeling latex paint, and possible some lead or other thick brittle paint. Opinions on textured paint versus hiring someone to sand or skim coat, versus elastomeric paint. Thanks
