Full gut rehabilitation costs?

Im looking into buying a house in Volusia county Florida. It needs a full gut job including roof, plumbing, electrical etc...its essentially a shell. Im trying to get a rough idea of rehabilitation costs to see if i can afford to make it my personal home. The current sq footage is 1100 but curious about adding footage while going through all the rehabilitation.
