Mobile Home Flip Closing Process

Carli ONeal
Posted

Hello all!

I wanted to get clarification on how the closing process works in the state of Texas for a mobile home flip (with a cash buyer). I am intending to purchase a mobile home and make the necessary repairs to sell it to an end buyer. I know I need a bill of sale between myself and the seller and then a separate one between myself and the end buyer. Now in terms of transferring the SOL do I need to transfer it into my name and then the end buyer? Am I missing any documents that will be required, such as a purchase and sale?
