Closed on a Flip Yesterday During This Pandemic

To be honest, I wasn’t sure during these Pandemic times I would actually close.  It was not easy.  Everything was done remotely except for the buyer.  Of course, does a closing ever occur without hitches.  Title company working remotely for the most part and trying to get all the docs in order was a pain in the ****.  Closing got delayed a couple of days but got it done.   Hang in there everyone.  Buyers are still buying and banks are still lending.
