Bad time for a flip?

Staci Craft
Posted

A fixer upper just came on the MLS in my area. It looks like it has great potential but I'm worried to pull the trigger on my first flip during a global pandemic. What are your thoughts?

@Staci Craft @Ricardo R. @Marlen Weber I have to agree with Marlen that if your deal is located in a good location do not hesitate. Additionally it is about market confidence. If you have done your due diligence and the numbers make sense. Do it!
