Can a different name be on the escrow deposit?
Easy question:
If I am putting an LLC in my offer to purchase a home, does my escrow deposit checks have to match my LLC name? Or can I pay the escrow deposit with my own as well?
The reason is because I haven't set up my LLC's bank account yet, therefore I can't make a check from my LLC yet.
Are there any cons to having the offer and other agreements not matching my escrow deposit names or does it not even matter. Thank you!
