I recently got a home under contract.
Home needs complete rehab
3bed, 1 bath, 2 car detached garage
$120,000 ARV
$ 50,000 repairs
= $70,000
- $40,000 asking price...
=$30,000
Someone please help... wanting to know if I should ask for lower asking price
