Newbee BRRR question
I just finished my first rehab (to BRRR), and a tenant in place within 60 days. I learned a ton of lessons, went over budget some (expected), but I'm even more motivated to move on to the next. I have a question that I can't seem to find the answer to anywhere. How soon after rehab can/should I refinance? I want to gauge how soon I can pull my downpayment and rehab costs out.
Thanks for any insight!
