Design style for house flips?
Hey guys, what do you guys suggest as the best design staple to go with for a house flip? (Contemporary, modern, traditional, etc.) Obviously things will change depending on the neighborhood or target buyer sometimes, but what is a good go to style?
Also does anyone purchase their own furniture for staging and just put it in storage when it's not needed? What have you found the ROI to be in both time and money of purchasing your own staging items vs hiring it out?

The staging company will supply all the furniture on the rental. It all depends on the area whether or not you need to stage the property. If it's a hot area where properties are selling quickly you may not need to stage the house. As far as design trends you need to take a look at what is selling in your area and what the trends are. Every part of the country is different every neighborhood will be different and price point of house will make a big difference. Take a look at what other people are doing in their flips, new construction subdivisions, and the MLS in general.
