How to find a part time employee

I have 2 houses I am working on renovating and I still work full time. I usually do allot of the work myself to keep the cost down and I don’t have enough money in the budget on both projects to hire everything out. I’m looking to find someone that may know a little and I can hire him to help me. I was wanting to get some advice on where to looks
