NOVA Virginia -5 bed 2 baths OR 4 bed 3 baths
I found a home with 5 bed 2 bath (no master bath) in Springfield. Trying to decide whether to convert one of the beds upstairs to a master bath? Problem is that we would probably end up subsidizing that bathroom for someone else to use long after we've moved on, and I don't know if an additional bath would justify the cost. Not to mention, 5 beds nets a higher rent. What's your opinion?
