For my Texas people!

In good time I’ll be able to give advice to you Texas folks that are newbies in real estate investing.

In the mean time I am a newbie myself! I will be investing in the Southeast Texas area doing flips and sells. I currently work as a UPS driver and to my advantage I basically do drive for dollars the entire time I am delivering.

If there is anyone in this area or closely to it, I would love some tips and insight on my strategy or if there might be a more effective strategy instead.

I’m always willing to connect with other investors in the area, being I live in a rural, smaller area it’s hard to find people doing the same thing as me.
