Sherman Oaks Rehab Flip Video

I have been meaning to post this for a while. A big thanks to Joshua Dorkin for helping me with instructions on how to get the video uploaded for BP.

This is one of my flip projects this year in the $1M+ exit value range. It is currently listed on the MLS awaiting a buyer. You can not fully appreciate the quality of the finishes (particularly the kitchen) from the video, none the less, I think it came out pretty well. Some additional items were installed after the video was taken so the full finished exterior is not captured and on the after repair portion, you will see a few areas of walls with blue masking tape that was eventually pulled off after the paint had dried.

I will post the final numbers of the deal once it closes. Enjoy and don't forget to turn your volume up!
