Starting my journey now!
I have been self educating over the last 18 months (books, meetups, videos, etc.). I am very excited to now ready to find my first deal, but which way do I go?
*Fix & Flip???
*Buy & Hold???
I would love for BP Nation to help me in this journey (Thanks in Advance).

There’s no right or wrong answer. It all depends on your goals, needs and desire to manage property. That being said if you are flipping you need to shear be prepared and able to hold off the property does not sell.
