Central Air Value to Appraisal
I’m working on rehabbing a house, and I’m considering adding central air and heat. Since my family will be living in it for a couple years, we’d have that initial benefit. But I wanted to know what people have found in regards to whether you get your money back with an appraisal and ultimate listing price?
