I need advice for hiring an employee

I currently own and self-manage 3 rental properties and am adding another one soon. I’m also planning a move out of state and need to find someone to do the day to day management of the properties (showings, coordinating repairs with contractors, move ins/outs, etc.). Has anyone been successful with this? Any tips for someone making their first hire of this type? I’m thinking of listing an Indeed ad.

P.S. I’m in Cleveland, OH area.

You won't be hiring an employee, you'll be hiring an independent contractor, which is a very important difference, you aren't going to find anyone on indeed that is going to sign up to manage 4 rental properties for what? $400 per month.  You should probably look into a property management company instead.
