Hello BP family!

My wife and I have been wanting to get some skin in the game in regards to purchasing our first fixer upper. I know I know I’ve heard all the horror stories when it comes to flipping however there’s also been some inspiring stories as well that being said , I was wondering if someone would please share with me the best course of action when it comes to obtaining an investment Loan or any other loan Our credit scores are in the mid 700 we both make over $220 combined income . We have zero experience with flipping . Any suggestion or tips would be greatly appreciated!
