What are creative ways to sale a house when the block getting not so stellar reviews.

Its a small block down from a commercial street

Knew going in would be better 1 block farther away from commercial block. Block Actual has some good features green space and cobblestone sidewalk

But came in under budget so move forward

Only 10 houses on the block.

1 just rehabbed , sloppy owner though

Mine

And another slated for rehab next month

From feedback from potential buyers

Price seems to be correct

Showings plentiful

Issue is people think block sloppy, close to stores but this is urban living!!!!

What can do to combat some sloppy neighbors.

Did a block cleanup see how long that last!!!
