Things to know when buying a fixer upper?
I’m planning on purchasing a home that needs what looks to be like cosmetic work, such as carpet, appliances, paint etc. My question is when looking to rehab a house to put on the market for rent how do you know how much longer the bigger ticket items will last such as the HVAC, Roof etc? Any advice would be much appreciated.
