I am a 28 year old real estate investor in Victoria BC Canada, sub market to Vancouver BC. I own 4 rental properties and looking to expand into some JVs I the USA.

Looking for multifamily mainly. I have been doing a lot of research in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in Texas but open to all areas in the USA.
