Tax lien properties
I’m brand new to everything in Realastate I recently went to a tax lien auction I purchased 2 properties the first property has 2 single family houses on the lot. Both were vacant I fixed up both houses rent 1 out and I am currently living in the other. The second property is a 4br 2bathroom 3 story house in a really good area. I am looking for some funding to get the 2nd property fixed and ready for rent or flip can anyone point me in the right direction also I have a ton of questions
Should get an LLC and transfers the houses over to it
If so what’s the process
At the auction they said the deeds weren’t marketable what does that mean
