Where to begin? Completely new to this
I would love some real no BS advice from somebody that actually does flipping either for a living or on the side.
I'm only 23 and extremely interested in this and think I would be relatively good at it assuming I put in the work. My main question right now is -- where do I begin? (Besides reading a lot)
Everywhere I turn to look for advice/tips, it seems they're advertising their stupid business to me where I have to pay for further information. I'm not a moron, have a great filter for scams/******** (am a comp sci major after all) and would never sink any kind of money into any kind of "e-book." (Does that even ever work on anyone?)

Read. Read. Read.
Then find someone who is doing what you want to be doing (rehabbing, presumably) and offer to be their errand-boy for six months in return for them teaching you the business.
Btw, I have a 300-page e-book coming out in a month or two all about rehabbing if you're interested... :)
