This is really for all you buy and holders... Do you think there is an optimal sequence for upgrading your rental property? Check out my little infographic:
I'm suggesting discretionary funds should be invested in a way that's consistent with Maslow's Hierarchy. Meaning, for example, to make the biggest impact, you should upgrade your security first, then tackle love-belongingness issues, and install luxury fixture as a last step. Do you agree?
