Hey Everyone, I am a local investor here in the Tampa Bay area. I run a private equity group along with a property management company. We have predominantly bought and sold multi family with 2-5 year holds. I am always looking to learn and partner with others in the business. We have a massive list of GC’s, subs, brokers, etc. I would like to leverage my contacts, access to capital and knowledge of the market to execute on flips. We are at the top of the market right now so its not shooting fish in a barrel like it was 4-5 years ago. However, I still see opportunity in the market as long as you are very diligent with your numbers amd run a tight project. I would like to partner with someone who has extensive experience flipping in this market. I bring extensive knowledge of renovations and market analysis.
