Seeking Contractor for Flip in SFV

Hey BP lovelies, looking to do my first ever flip out here in sunny Southern California. I have an agent, a few silent partners, and a potential property. I'm located in the San Fernando Valley, which is near Los Angeles. The potential property is in a city nearby and has been on the market for less than day as of this post. It's going for way under market value and I think it's gem of a property. All I need to make this a go is a good GC or contractor that is able to do a big project quickly (and hopefully cheaply).
