I’m just getting started with real estate investing & would like to know- is it better to do a flip or a brrrr to begin my new career? I’m currently working as a nurse ( 30 yrs) & looking to transition. Any thoughts/ advice please?

@Diana Morgan it all depends on your goals and desire to be a landlord. I prefer flipping and being a landlord of cash. In my opinion cash is way better than cashflow and the risks associated with long term SFR as one bad tenant can wipe out all the profits. That being said many people prefer the rental method and do well with it but it is a slower path if your capital is limited whereas with flipping you can compound the cash pretty quick if you have the time to dedicate to it.
