Contractors needed to give me bids for a rehab in Los Angeles
Hello Everyone,
First time investor about to put down a lot of money on a single family home in Los Angeles. And I am scared out of my mind.
The home seems to have good bones but the house needs lots of work.
Roof, flooring , outdated kitchen , and 2 bathrooms outdated, new paint.
I know I need to get estimates from contractors in my area. Does anybody have any suggestions on how can I go about this the most cost effective and efficient way. Any good contractor contacts in my areas for a wide range of things I might need?
I have no idea how to estimate rehab costs effectively and manage contractors .
Any help is appreciated.
Thank you,
Alex
