DealMachine vs HomeInfoMax?

Has anyone heard, or better yet.. used, the website HomeInfoMax? It seems pretty similar to the popular DealMachine but less expensive. It doesn't seem to have an app, which is a huge disadvantage. One thing that I do actually like is the tiered pricing system.

I know the benefits of DealMachine however the cost is a little too steep for me at this time.
