Taking steps one, then two....
It took us a few years to make our first move. We over analyzed every potential deal, read everything we could, especially BP (thank you all here at BP). Finally we bought a rental, step one down. That has been going well for three years, one remnant that will stay for years to come, very fortunate there. Then step two (last fall), bought our first flip, it took seven months, learned a lot and started our network of contractors, agents, title companies, etc. We bought our second flip in August, had it under contract in five weeks, final inspection is next week. So we are getting faster, learning a lot, and solidifying our network. More and more legitimate great deals are coming our way daily now. Glad we finally took the first step. Our advise to those reading, first, thank you for reading this, but more importantly, take the first step. It has been nothing short of amazing for our family. Oh yes the 11 and 13 year old sons are very involved too!!!

I have a couple RE agents constantly looking for deals that fit my parameters as well as a couple wholesalers. We have the next one in line I think already. Literally across the street from the current property and owned by the same family. Perfect neighborhood in central Maine. Classic “worst house in a great neighborhood” scenario. Thanks for reading my post!!
