Interviewing and Working with Agents
I'm looking to buy my first house flip before the end of the year and I have a few questions about finding and working with agents. I'm curious to know what y'all think:
1. What kind of questions do you ask an agent to determine if they are a good one to work with?
2. Once I have found an agent, what kind of information should I be asking them for? What information about the local market can I reasonably expect from them?
3. This may be a dumb question, but should I expect to use different agents for buying and selling or the same agent for both?
