Hi All, I am wondering what are the benefits of joining an agency as an investor. I hope I am understanding different roles. But I am investing in my real estate license just to get that extra 3% but I wanted to know would you suggest starting off with an agency. am I understanding the roles of an investor with a license? or should I continue to pursue as a self starter investor. I want to use this method to get my feet in the door and start my track record. Please help clarify.
