Been married 2 years and I am just getting started in Real estate investing. My strategy to begin will be to house hack. I just was looking for any beginners advice and for any advice on house hack while being married.

I have been married for 25 years.  If your wife is not on board then don't do it.  The extra income is not worth you marriage.

Just staying married is hard enough, let alone sharing space with a complete stranger.
