Sticky Post idea to help with all the "What does this cost" posts

What do you think of a sticky post in this group where people post Quotes/Prices paid for specific jobs. Not for discussion, just for reference. Post specifics of the job. Location. Price. Maybe whether the sub was licensed, or a guy off the street, etc.  Maybe upload a quote sheet or picture.

If we all add a few things here and there, we could quickly come up with a pretty nice database of real world costs that could help a lot of people.

Even as a rehabber with some experience, I occasionally get a quote that I have absolutely no idea if it is reasonable or not. Sometimes, I get multiple quotes and still not sure. This happened with a recent big concrete repair job.
