Getting a loan without any tax history

Can I still get approved for a loan if I don’t have any tax history? Just good credit and a couple dollars in the bank? I drive Tow trucks and usually get paid cash so I have no w-2 past two years, what are my financing options? Ps I don’t own a home currently
