Hi Everyone...I'm about to do my first BRRRR property in Las Vegas and was wondering if anyone knows a reputable and trustworthy General Contractor? This is a long distance rehab and really looking for someone I can trust. I do have someone locally but still in search of a GC. Any other advice or suggestions on how I can successfully accomplish this with the least amount of issues is much appreciated..thank you!

I would ask around your local REIA. If a GC has done well by another investor, they're likely to do well by you. That being said, investors are usually hesitant to give out their GC's info because good GC's often have more work than they know what to do with. We would happily give out the banks we use or our vendors (carpet, electrician, etc.), but we don't give out our contractors.
