Adding construction business to my real estate business

As a new real estate investor, I got burned on my first full rehab in South Philadelphia. The numbers were right, the contractor was lined up but at the end all of this did not matter because the contractor failed massively and created huge issues with the City. I had to step in and manage all phases of the construction. Along the way I decided to start my own construction company targeting real estate investors. It helps me to have control over my projects but also is an opportunity to work with other investors.

Today the South Philly rehab is complete and the house is under sale contract, and I have superb crew to deliver excellent work.
