Need to buy appliances to renovate a foreclosure

I recently bought a foreclosure in Colonia NJ which needs lot of work - Floors, ceiling. windows, appliances etc. This is going to be my first flip - lets see how it goes !!

My question is - where should I buy my appliances from ? I need everything in appliances - refrigerator, oven, dishwasgwe, washer dryer, water heater etc. I heard flippers/renovators buy appliances from a difft store than home depot /lowes at a much reasonable price.

Any help is appreciated !!

I LOVE buying open-box items from Lowes or HD.  Companies like these often give up to 40% discounts on the marked price in order to clear them from their floors AND they have given me an opportunity to build a good relationship with the general manager of the stores, who now knows what I do and is interested in and rooting for me.
