I'm currently working with an investor by sending in multiple offers based off of MLS searches. We send in a couple offers a day but it seems there should be a better way to help investors make money. Lots of competition once a property hits the market. I have no problem sending in offers from the MLS but how about deals that haven't hit the market yet or any other creative ways/ideas to be more effective for investors???
